All of our lambs are raised and kept on pasture, with constant access to barns for shelter if they desire. Our specialized rotational grazing ensures that during the growing season they always have fresh, lush green grass in front of them. During times in the year when there is no grass growing, they have access to “all you can eat” hay and some locally purchased grains.

Sheep’s milk dairy products
Enjoy cheeses, yogurt and other delicious offerings all made from our own milk by local, licensed cheese makers. Some of our dairy products are made “raw” or maybe better known as “unpasturized”. All the raw products are aged for a minimum of 60 days to conform with the Canadian laws that are currently in place. Enjoy!
Meat cuts and gourmet meat products
We are taking freezer orders for our succulent naturally raised lamb, and we recently added lamb sausages, burger patties and meat pies to our product list. They are made from the entire meat yield, not just from the cut-offs, a difference that we think you can taste. Enjoy!
